This B2B website had high bounce rates and little to no conversions, so we needed to pinpoint the problem and solve it.

The process
On the business end; I crafted research questions about the service, brand, and objectives to get insights from the key stakeholders and fully understand the product.
On the user end; I joined online forums and communities to know their reviews of similar websites, understand their needs and discover their pain points.
After the research phase, I reviewed the website to identify areas for improvement according to good user experience principles and their users' needs. Based on the results from the user experience review, I then worked with the UX designer to modify the user flow. I also designed a new (lo-fi) website content layout to seamlessly guide users through the different content on the website to achieve their goals.
For the writing phase, I created a content style guide based on the brand personality to ensure the copy aligned with the brand. I also wrote the website copy and microcopy including buttons and navigation headers.
